I find this really hard to believe. (1) Chevy is careful as all get out. (2) Doan is old, and does not fit the model of the team we are building (i.e. young and on the rise) (3) Doan said he didn't want to come to Winnipeg LAST YEAR - Chevy wouldn't normally bark up a tree when the cat isn't about to come down.

Sorry - my last 2 posts (now deleted) belonged on the CBA thread.
But - re Doan - I was relieved to read today that Ed Tait confirmed with Doan's agent that there was NO offer from the Jets for Doan. (Ed Tait on twitter).
